The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Health Insurance for its Locally Employed Staff (LES) and their dependents at U.S. Mission Turkey. The complete offer package shall be e-mailed to Ms. Alexandra Perez Acevedo PerezAcevedoA@state.gov, named on the subject “Proposal 19GE5025R0041 no later than 13:00 hours Central European Time (CET) on June 06, 2025. All documents shall be submitted in the Microsoft word or the Adobe pdf format and shall be named / numbered to appear in the e-mail(s) in the correct sequence. The one exception is I.1 Pricing, which shall be submitted as completed Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The limit per e-mail is 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted. NOTE: No proposals will be accepted after the time specified above.
