In accordance with FAR 6.305 and FAR 5.301(d), a firm fixed-price contract has been awarded to INDUSUR INDUSTRIAL DEL SUR S.A. for preventive maintenance services for Cummins equipment at the U.S. Embassy Quito and Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR) compound, including a base year and four option years. The award was made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, as INDUSUR is the sole authorized Cummins service provider in Ecuador with access to OEM parts and certified technicians. The approved Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is attached to this posting in accordance with FAR 6.305(a).
