Construction Services of a Molecular Laboratory at Inhambane, Mozambique The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract in September 2024. The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services for a new molecular biology laboratory, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit are tentatively planned for Wednesday, September 04, 2024, 10:00 hours Central African Time (CAT), at the Provincial Health Service, Inhambane, Mozambique. Questions must be submitted prior to Monday, September 09, 2024, at 13:00 hours CEST. Proposals must be submitted prior to Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 13:00 hours CEST. Pursuant to FAR subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 U.S. Dollars for the entire project. (Note: the prescribed FAR range determinations provide relatively wide ranges only, in order to give potential offerors a very general orientation as to the magnitude of the work. However, the specified range is not meant to give any indication as to the Independent Government Cost Estimate for this project, which could be at the lower or the upper end of the range indicated).
