The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for services for janitorial services for the U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway. This solicitation may result in issuance of a firm fixed-price service contract. An organized Pre-Proposal Conference to discuss the major aspects of the project and the formalities needed to submit pricing and technical proposals will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 10:00 hours local time. Following the Pre-Proposal Conference, the government will conduct an organized Site Visit of the project site on , May 2 , 2024, at 12:00 hours local time at the U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway. All prospective offerors are invited to attend and shall bring a copy of the solicitation document to the site visit. Please refer to Section III for registration details and related information. All costs associated with participating in the site visit shall be borne solely by the offeror.

The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price Infinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract in the third quarter of year 2024. It is anticipated that the contract will be of a base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years. This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA) and Free Trade Agreements (FTA). The scope of work requires the successful contractor to provide personnel, equipment, and all necessary resources for provision of janitorial services for property owned and/or managed by the U.S. Government at U.S. Mission Oslo. The Contractor is required to perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways. The total service area is 8,704 square meters. Companies shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform work in Norway. The contract’s period of performance shall begin upon the issuance of a notice to proceed and last 12 months, with four (4) additional option year periods.
