The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for services for landscaping and snow removal services for the U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway. This solicitation may result in issuance of a firm fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The proposal shall be submitted as a pdf document emailed to GruenbeckP@state.gov and copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov as soon as possible but not later than September 16, 2024, by 15:00 hours Central European Summer Time (CEST). The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price Infinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract in the third quarter of year 2024. It is anticipated that the contract will be of a base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years. The scope of work requires the successful contractor to provide personnel, equipment, and all necessary resources for provision of landscaping and snow removal services for property owned and/or managed by the U.S. Government at U.S. Mission Oslo. The Contractor shall perform gardening services in all designated spaces. The amount of all orders shall not exceed 34,000 square meters. Companies shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform work in Norway. The contract’s period of performance shall begin upon the issuance of a notice to proceed and last 12 months, with four (4) additional option year periods.
