Life Insurance for Locally Employed Staff of the U.S. Embassy Kyiv, Ukraine The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) and award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract during the second/third quarter of calendar year 2024. The successful contractor shall provide competitive proposals for group life insurance services for Locally Employed Staff (LE Staff). It is anticipated that there will be one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years. RPSO intends to issue the solicitation package in March/April 2024. Contract award is expected in May/June 2024.
