The Regional Procurement Support Office Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: ABA COMPLIANT LIFT, RAMPS AND WASHROOM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT U.S. CONSUL GENERAL RESIDENCE HALIFAX, CANADA RPSO Frankfurt intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Type Contract in the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2024. The offeror shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The U.S. Government has the requirement for renovation of washroom and entrance area at a Residence of the United States of America in Halifax, Canada. The work consists in the supply and installation of a lift, a washroom renovation and installation/construction of ramps in compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA).
