The successful contractor shall provide the Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Building Operations (OBO) with engineering consultants to assist with the construction of the New Embassy Compound (NEC) in Podgorica, Montenegro. OBO requires the following engineering consulting positions be staffed to aid in construction monitoring and oversight activities: Mechanical Engineer Project Controls Engineer Safety Program Coordinator Architect Civil Engineer Offerors must be authorized to perform services within Montenegro and the personnel proposed to fill each position must be authorized to work in Montenegro at the time of proposal submission.
