Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for: Supply and delivery of office furniture, Brand Name or Equal on behalf of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Podgorica, Montenegro. All interested sellers shall review the solicitation and offer equipment in accordance with the specification provided in this document. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications. Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
