The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Cleaning Supplies for General Services Office at the American Consulate General in Frankfurt, Germany The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue an RFQ and award a Firm-Fixed Priced type contract during the first quarter of calendar year 2024. The requirement is to provide cleaning supplies for buildings and offices at the American Consulate General in Frankfurt, Germany. Deliveries shall be made within five (5) working days of order receipt. The Contractor shall have employees available throughout the agreed period of performance to assist with ordering and delivery of needed supplies including but not limited to cargo unloading from the delivery truck within the compound. It is anticipated that there will be one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years. RPSO intends to issue the solicitation package in January 2023. A single Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract award is expected in April 2024, with a possible contract start date on April 01, 2024.
