PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5023R0072 The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Bid/Build Compound Road Repairs & Resurfacing U.S. Embassy Moscow, Russia The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price bid/build construction contract in the third quarter of year 2023. The U.S. Embassy Moscow requires construction services for Compound Road Repairs & Resurfacing in Moscow, Russia. The successful offeror shall provide construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. All required construction services shall be performed including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required to complete the repairs and resurfacing of compound road in Moscow, Russia.
