Ladies and Gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to re-submit a complete revised proposal of preventive maintenance services of water treatment systems on behalf of the U.S. Embassy London Facility Management Office, United Kingdom. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: 1) Update of the pricing schedule 2) to extend the proposal due date to no later than 14:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST) on July 26, 2023 to PetersenTA@state.gov. 3) New required FAR clause 52.204-27 Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application (June 2023), FAR clause 52.222-50 Combating Trafficking in Persons (NOV 2021) and clause Recruitment of third country nationals for performance on Department of State contracts (MAY 2023) were added. 4) FAR clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Jun 2023) and FAR clause 52.244-6 Subcontracts for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Jun 2023) were updated to it’s latest version. Offerors shall provide acknowledgment of Amendment 0002 with their proposal. All other terms of conditions remain the same.

The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Preventive Maintenance Services of Water Treatment systems, London, United Kingdom The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years. The scope of work requires the successful Contractor to provide professional PM services necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established schedules. Work includes maintenance services to water treatment systems of HVAC, Potable, Non-potable Pond & Potomac water feature at the U.S. Embassy London, United Kingdom. The Period of Performance start date is planned for September 1,2023. The Solicitation is planned to be issued in May or June 2023 and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5023R0059. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
