The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Janitorial Services, U.S. Embassy Zagreb, Croatia The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years. The U.S. Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia, requires professional Janitorial services to furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish all work required in the solicitation. The successful Contractor shall be responsible for performing janitorial services within all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways. The approximate total is 8,895 square meters.
