The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP), under full and open competition procedures for janitorial services at the United States Consulate General Consular Section located at Westgate Shopping Mall, Shanghai, China. The successful Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required in the solicitation and will be responsible for performing janitorial services within all designated spaces including, but not limited to Consular Section, bathrooms, kitchenettes, offices, waiting areas, queuing areas, private offices and conference rooms.
