The U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan is requiring a contractor to provide Satellite Internet and Managed Services to the U.S. Embassy NEC buildings, consisting of the State Department Apartments (SDA), American Community Center (ACC), and the Marine Security Guard Quarters (MSGQ).
