PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5023R0025 The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Bid/Build Chancery Façade Plaster Repair and Painting U.S. Embassy Addis Ababa, Ethiopia The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price bid/build construction contract in the third quarter of year 2023. The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires construction services for Chancery Façade Plaster Repair and Painting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The successful offeror shall provide construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. All required construction services shall be performed including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required to complete the construction of Chancery Façade Plaster Repair and Painting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia The solicitation package/documents shall not be placed on SAM.gov. Only companies submitting a letter of interest shall receive a copy of the solicitation package/documents when it becomes available. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. All requirements for translations will be at the expense of the Contractor.
