PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5023R0024 The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Bid/Build Classrooms for the Coast Guard Command (COGUAR) U.S. Embassy Quito, Ecuador The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price bid/build construction contract in the second quarter of year 2023. The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) Affairs Office requires construction services for COGUAR classrooms in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The successful offeror shall provide construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. All required construction services shall be performed including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required to complete the construction of COGUAR classrooms in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
