The purpose of this amendment is to integrate questions and answers received. ********************************************************************************************** Ladies and Gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Preventive Maintenance Services at the US Embassy London, United Kingdom as per the attached solicitation documents. The purpose of this amendment is to change time to the organized Site Visit. The Site Visit time is changed from March 16th to March 14th . Time and location remains unchanged. The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line "Proposal 19GE5023R0021” on or before April 03, 2023, 14:00 German Time, to PetersenTA@state.gov. No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above. Please note: a. All communication and the award documents shall be in English. b. Please do NOT contact the US Embassy London directly regarding this project. c. Attachment 3 of the solicitation contains the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for pricing you need to complete / submit. You may choose the currency of your offer, but we would like to point out that your chosen currency cannot be changed at any later date. d. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section 3 of the solicitation. e. An active SAM registration is a condition of award. f. Section 5 of the solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit. A site visit will be held March 14, 2023 at 10:00 hours local time at the following location: US Embassy London, UK Offerors planning to attend the site visit must submit the Name, Phone number, Organization/Company, Citizenship, and Passport number and nationality, of their company’s representatives to the attention of Mr. Jason Rayner, e-mail: RaynerJ@state.gov no later than March 12, 2023. This information must be provided in order to ensure access to the site. No substitutes or additional persons may attend the site visit. Attendees are requested to carry copy of the solicitation document and their Photo ID along with them. Without Photo ID no person will be allowed to attend the site visit. Attendance is limited to 3 persons per company. No electronics devises e.g. cell phones; laptops, tablet etc. are permitted on the Consulate Compound. Contractors shall not bring any electronic devises to the site visit. Any questions regarding the subject solicitation may be directed to Mr. Thomas A. The successful contractor shall perform all works, inspection, and maintenance activities including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for the preventive maintenance and inspection to ensure the condition and structural tension of the ETFE (three elevations) to the outer envelope of the Embassy building are structurally sound for the Embassy London, United Kingdom.
