The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP), under full and open competition procedures for mail transportation services at the United States Consulate General, Hong Kong. The successful Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required in the solicitation, and will be responsible for performing mail transportation services, including loading, unloading, packaging, transport, and clearing of mail, diplomatic pouches, and other U.S. Government owned and managed materials in accordance with Hong Kong Government regulations.
