The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for: Supply and delivery of Sport Utility Vehicle – Brand Name or Equal for the U.S. Embassy Belgrade, Serbia on behalf of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). All interested sellers shall review the solicitation and offer equipment in accordance with the specification provided in this document. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications.
