The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for: Supply and delivery of Sedan Vehicles – Brand Name or Equal for the U.S. Embassy Bucharest, Romania on behalf of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). All interested sellers shall review the solicitation and offer equipment in accordance with the specification provided in this document. This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
