Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the technical requirements to also fit heavy armored vehicles, heavy machinery, and oversized cargo. The Questions and Answers are included in this amendment and the offer due date is extended until no later than May 05, 2023, 15.00 hrs. C.E.T. A vendor shall supply semitrailer platforms as described in the solicitation specifications. All trailers must be new and of high quality, officially imported to Ukraine, or made in Ukraine. This equipment must meet Ukrainian technical and quality regulations. Contractors shall include with their proposals, the full dimensions of the trailers which their proposal is based upon. It is the contractor’s responsibility to research local regulations to ensure compliance with same
