All interested sellers shall review the solicitation and offer equipment in accordance with the specification provided in this document. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach.
