The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for: Promotion Services for brand DelicioUS! for the U.S. Embassy Berlin, Germany on behalf of the Foreign Agriculture Service (FAS). All interested companies shall review the solicitation and offer services in accordance with the specification provided in this document. This solicitation may result in issuance of a one-year contract with option to extend. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove that the service it is offering meets the requested specifications. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Each offeror will be responsible for determining the amount of labor that will be required to complete the services, and for pricing their proposal accordingly. Further, each offeror is responsible for furnishing complete information to its subcontractors. Subcontractors shall not be referred to the U.S. Government concerning the requirement.
