PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5022R0108 The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Bid/Build Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR) Renovation U.S. Embassy Buenos Aires, Argentina The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price bid/build construction contract in the third quarter of year 2022. The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires construction services for the renovation of the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The successful offeror shall provide construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. All required construction services shall be performed including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required to complete the renovation of DCMR in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
