The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The project requires engineering and construction services to remove one (1) existing air-cooled chiller and install one (1) new government furnished air-cooled chiller (422 KW) at the U.S. Embassy in Lisbon, Portugal. One (1) modular chiller array consisting of five (5) mechanical modules and one (1) pump module shall be installed in the chancery chiller as well. The chilledwater plant repair by replacement scope will be limited to Construction Services. The contractor will execute this project based on the design drawings and documents, consultation with the design engineer.
