PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5022R0076 The Regional Procurement Support Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Air Conditioning Maintenance Contract The solicitation may result in the award of up to three (3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for one Base Year and four Option Years. The U.S. Embassy BrasÃlia, Brazil, requires a make-ready service contractor to perform task orders on US Government owned and leased properties (houses and apartments). The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct operational personnel to accomplish all work as required. Services will include the following: Supply and installation of split, multi split, split cassette, air curtain type air conditioning systems, and centrifugal exhaust system; Preventive maintenance to existing air conditioning systems, air curtain, and centrifugal exhaust system; Corrective maintenance of existing air conditioning systems, air curtain, and centrifugal exhaust system at leased and government owned properties by the US Embassy in Brasilia Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to FleischhackerJM@state.gov, not later than July 7, 2022, using the solicitation number 19GE5022R0096 in the subject line. DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address of Point of Contact Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
