The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Bid/Build PEPFAR Dessie Regional Laboratory U.S. Embassy Addis Ababa, Ethiopia The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price bid/build construction contract in the third quarter of year 2022. The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) at the U.S. Embassy Addis Ababa requires construction services for the completion of the Regional Laboratory in Dessie, Ethiopia. The successful offeror shall provide construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. All required construction services shall be performed including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required to complete the construction of Regional Laboratory in Dessie, Ethiopia.
