PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5022R0093 The Regional Procurement Support Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Electrical services to transform 110V electrical installation to 220V, as needed, in residences or apartments, rented or owned by the US Government in Brasilia for U.S. Embassy. The solicitation may result in the award of up to three (3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for one Base Year and four Option Years. The U.S. Embassy Brasília, Brazil, requires a contractor to perform task orders on US Government owned and leased properties (houses and apartments). The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct operational personnel to accomplish all work as required. Services will include the following: Removal of all transformers, cables, support, surface mounted conduits, and subsequently make good. Ensure all distribution boards have a three-phase 380V supply and update legends as required. Removal of all existing 110V 16A 10mA GFCI’s from outlets substituting them for 220V 16A 10mA GFCI’s; Identify the circuits at outlets with GFCIs; Supply and replace all 110V incandescent light bulbs for LED light bulbs of equivalent wattage in the room; FleischhackerJM@state.gov, not later than June 30, 2022, using the solicitation number 19GE5022R0093 in the subject line.
