8/5/2022 Please find attached Amendment 0001, Question and Answers Document and Attachment 5 Detailed Quipment List. *********************************************************************** Ladies and Gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Power System Maintenance Services at the US Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany as per the attached solicitation documents. The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line "Proposal 19GE5022R0088” on or before August 15, 2022, 15:00 German Time, to ReinmuellerNU@state.gov with a copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov. No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above. Please note: a. All communication and the award documents shall be in English. b. Please do NOT contact the US Consulate General Frankfurt directly regarding this project. c. Attachment 1 of the solicitation contains the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for pricing you need to complete / submit. You may choose the currency of your offer, but we would like to point out that your chosen currency cannot be changed at any later date. d. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section 3 of the solicitation. e. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)). f. Section 5 of the solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit. g. Attachments 3 (Key Personnel) and Attachment 2 (Contract Information Sheet / Experience Listing) – please use these formats to submit the requested information. Any questions regarding the subject solicitation may be directed to Ms. Nadja Reinmueller via e-mail ReinmuellerNU@state.gov no later than August 1, 2022 15:00 German Time. Questions will be collected and, in the interest of fair contracting, the replies will be provided anonymously in form of a solicitation amendment.
