PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5022R0053 The Regional Procurement Support Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Internet Circuit (ISP1) for US Embassy Bangui, Central African Republic The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and up to four Option Years. The requirement is to provide the Embassy of the United States of America in Bangui in the Central African Republic with dedicated internet services from the ISP to the demarcation of the Chancery of the United States Embassy in Bangui. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to Jacobsenw@state.gov, not later than February 28, 2022, using the solicitation number 19GE5022R0053 in the subject line. DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
