The US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect to the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Warehousing and Storage Services on behalf of the General Services Office at the US Embassy Lima, Peru The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Commercial Service Contract for one base year plus four separate option years during the second half of fiscal year 2022. The proposed services’ purpose is for warehousing and storage services on behalf of the General Services Office at the US Embassy Lima, Peru. The successful contractor shall perform: moving services, warehouse operations, furniture and appliance storage, other related administrative functions and services described in described within the Statement of Work (SOW). The indoor warehouse facility owned/rented by the contractor (minimum 2,500 square meters shall be located in Lima not more than 20 kilometers from the US Embassy at Encalada Avenue Block 17, Santiago de Surco, Lima, Peru. The solicitation may result in an award of a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Type Contract for one base year plus four (4) separate option years beginning in the second half of fiscal year 2022. The estimated magnitude for the entire project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 U.S. dollars. (Note: FAR range determinations provide relatively wide ranges only in order to give potential offerors a very general orientation. However, the specified range is not meant to give any indication as to the Independent Government Cost Estimate for this project, which could be at the lower or the upper end of the range indicated).
