PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.: 19GE50-21-R-0162 The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Supply and delivery of Vehicles and Generators to be shipped to the Headquarters Republic Fiji Military Forces, Suva, Fiji on behalf of the US Department of State’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs Office of Global Programs and Initiatives (PM/GPI). This is a brand name only acquisition for Toyota and Isuzu vehicles and Robin Generators. The exact specifications will be provided in the solicitation. The contract is intended to be awarded during the third quarter of calendar year 2021. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach.
