PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.: 19GE5021R0108 The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Development of three course design and course development elements surrounding an existing training course (PA-105 Contingency Preparedness): to be awarded during the third quarter of calendar year 2021. The successful offeror shall survey the field and perform focus groups, refresh content and make virtual the existing four-day “PA-105 Contingency Preparedness” course and design and develop a new virtual extended learning journey with a goal for students to work toward reinforcing their new knowledge and improving their performance. This is a collaboration project with Frankfurt Regional Support Center counterparts, therefore the offeror should confirm their understanding that project and collaboration meetings will be held virtually in English during Frankfurt, Germany time.
