Subject: Solicitation No. 19GE5021R0107 Payroll & Salary Computation Outsource, US Embassy Berlin, Germany Ladies and Gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Payroll & Salary Computation Outsource for the US Embassy Berlin, as per attached solicitation documents. No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above. Please note: All communication and the award documents shall be in English. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)). PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5021R0107 The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Payroll & Salary Computation Outsource for US Embassy Berlin, Germany The State Department of the U.S. Government (USG), represented by the U.S. Mission to Germany is seeking a vendor to provide timely and accurate processing of employee salary calculations, to handle mandatory reporting of employee data and information as required by the German Social Security System (GSSS), and perform miscellaneous other tasks in connection with Locally Employed (LE) Staff compensation. The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2021.
