The U.S Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: WASTE COLLECTION AND RECYCLING MANAGEMENT CONTRACT, AT THE AMERICAN EMBASSY LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Type Contract in calendar year 2021 The U.S. Embassy London requires a responsible contractor to collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in an environmentally friendly, safe, reliable and efficient manner, to limit damage and disruption to the environment and wildlife. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies, materials, and the frequencies required.
