April 1, 2021 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5021R0064 The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Dedicated VSAT circuit for ISP2 at U.S. Embassy Bangui, Central African Republic The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and up to four Option Years. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to Jacobsenw@state.gov, not later than April 23, 2021 using the solicitation number 19GE5021R0064 in the subject line. DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm.
