No proposals will accepted after the time specified herein. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondences transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delay of a proposal. 3) Submission of furher questions regarding the solicitation and this amendment 0001 will not be accepted.
