The Contractor will be responsible for providing construction personnel as needed to complete the services that meet the technical requirements in the Statement of Work. The work includes among other construction activities, the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, and tools to replace the roof (one building only), windows, and facade of two (2) residential buildings. This project will also involve the demolition of the existing roof and windows, followed by the installation of insulation on the roof and exterior facade. As the buildings will remain inhabited during the period of renovation, measures will be required to be taken to minimize dust and inconvenience to the residents.
