The proposed services are for monthly Preventive Maintenance Services to all the drop arm and wedge barriers at the Consular Office Building and the Carl Schultz-Siedlung Housing Area in Frankfurt, Germany on behalf of the Facilities Management Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany. The following makes and models are included: Saelzer M730; Delta IP500; RSS-2000; and Delta TT207S/FM-1. The Government may also require emergency services as necessary. The successful offeror shall provide all materials, parts, and labor to complete the scheduled preventive maintenance.
