Legal Services for the U.S. Consulate General Munich, Germany The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue a labor-hour type contract for legal services required by the U.S. Consulate General Munich, Germany. It is contemplated that the awarded contract’s period of performance will include one base year plus two option years. The US Government requires a local legal firm to perform all legal actions required to acquire real property in or around Munich, Germany. The contract awardee’s services shall include, but not necessarily limited to, contract reviews, expert legal opinions and information, registration of real property documents in accordance with local law, and if necessary presence at negotiations and meetings between representatives of the USG, sellers, and host government. Subcontracting shall not be authorized. Details of your findings and a description of what your organization will actually be required to undertake to obtain licensing; and c. Specific information concerning the period of time you anticipate it will take to obtain appropriate authorization. You will be required to provide information that clearly shows you are able to perform work in Germany. Any entry or work visa issues requirements must be clearly discussed with a plan to mitigate any risk clearly identified.
