PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.: 19GE5021Q0075 The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for: Supply and delivery of Freight Scanning Equipment for the U.S. Embassy Pristina, Kosovo as described below, to be awarded during the third quarter of calendar year 2021. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) would like to purchase Freight Scanning Equipment for the US Embassy Pristina, Kosovo. The Scanning equipment will be used for large size freight handling. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications. This is a brand name or equal acquisition for Freight Scanning Equipment.
