The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Type Purchase Order during the third quarter of calendar year 2021. The successful offeror shall perform construction services necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established schedules. The contract price shall include the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, and services required for the renovation of façades and walls at the US Embassy Rome. The scope of the project entails the installation of secondary feeders for the following Mission critical systems: Main UPS station in the lowest level of the power building. Chancery MDP located in the basement. It is the contractor's responsibility to select all the equipment. This project is a multidisciplinary effort that requires, in addition to electrical design, also complementary services of masonry, in order to define the requirements for construction, operation and maintenance. This work will cover: Installation of electrical switchgear Laying of new power cables in existing ducts Laying of new power cables New ducts path Masonry assistance for manholes, ducts and masonry crossings. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $250,000 U.S. Dollars for the entire project.
