The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for: Supply and delivery of Ductless Split System Air Conditioners to be shipped to the European Logistics Support office (ELSO), Belgium, on behalf of the United States Embassy Cotonou, Benin to be awarded during the third quarter of calendar year 2021. The European Logistics Support Office (ELSO) would like to purchase Ductless Split System Air Conditioners. The request if for factory-assembled single-piece, cooling units, refrigerant charge with R-410A or R-32, and special features required prior to field start-up. No specific manufacturer is required but the units shall be designed to operate in a tropical climate. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications. This is a brand name or equal acquisition for Ductless Split System Air Conditioners.
