PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.: 19GE50-21-Q-0060 The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for: Supply and delivery of Ballistic Vests and Leg Restraint Braces for the U.S. Embassy Pristina, Kosovo as described below, to be awarded during the third quarter of calendar year 2021. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) would like to purchase Corrections Ballistic Vests and Leg Restraint Braces. The ballistic vest purchase will assist in providing extra security and safety for KCS staff. This is a brand name or equal acquisition.
