No proposals will accepted after the time specified herein. Delay due internet connection issues/failures, delay on electronic correspondences transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delay of proposal. 3) Submission of further questions regarding the solicitation and this amendment 0001 will not be considered.
