The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Type Purchase Order during the third quarter of calendar year 2021. The US Department of State has a requirement to renovate a bathroom and a storage shed of the Consul General Residence of the US Consulate General Frankfurt. Both the bathroom and storage shed are located in the residence’s garden area. Alterations to the bathroom are required in order to make it accessible to people with disabilities. The storage shed will be enlarged to increase its storage capacity. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $250,000 U.S. Dollars for the entire project.
