Ladies and Gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for the supply and installation Audio and Interpretation equipment on behalf of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs at the US Embassy Beirut, Lebanon. The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line "Proposal 19GE5021Q0037” on or before July 19, 2021, 15:00 Central European Summer Time to JacobsenW@state.gov. No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above. Please follow the Instructions to Offerors on page 32 of the solicitation. Proposals that are missing a significant amount of the required information may be determined to be non-responsive and eliminated from consideration at the Government's discretion. An active SAM registration is condition for contract award. Any questions regarding this solicitation may be directed to Ms. Wencke Jacobsen at JacobsenW@state.gov no later than 15:00 Central European Summer Time on June 28, 2021. Questions will be collected, and in the interest of fair contracting, the replies will be provided anonymously in form of a solicitation amendment.
