August 19, 2020 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5020R0089 The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Health & Life Insurance for Locally Employed Staff, US Embassy Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands The solicitation may result in the award of one or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years.
