July 20, 2020 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5020R0088 The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Satellite Internet for US Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and up to four Option Years.
